Webmaster
Susan (Shoshana) Zakar has been the webmaster
for Jews for Judaism since its first appearance on the Internet
over five years ago.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Shoshana
graduated from Western Washington State College, and moved
to Maryland in 1976.
Shoshana, with her co-author, Dovid Y.B. Kaufmann,
wrote the book "Judaism Online: Confronting Spirituality
on the Internet" (available through the Jews for Judaism
Catalog). In it she describes her journey from fundamentalist
Christianity to Orthodox Judaism, a process spanning 18 years
and two conversions.
