Aleph Club
Founded in 1985, Jews for Judaism’s mission is “to strengthen and preserve Jewish identity through education and counseling that counteracts deceptive proselytizing targeting Jews for conversion.”
According to the 2008 American Religious Identification Survey (ARIS), “More than 500,000 adults who had a Jewish mother follow another religion, overwhelmingly some form of Christianity.”
The Jews for Judaism Aleph Club is a key foundation of the organization’s sustainable funding strategy to support our specialized counseling and education services.
It is comprised of a core group of dedicated and generous supporters who have committed to an annual gift of $1,000 or more to our Annual Campaign.
The goal of the Aleph club is 365 members, one for each day of the year. We currently have 100 participants.
Aleph Club funds represent an important part of Jews for Judaism’s annual operating budget. Participation in the Aleph Club contributes to a stable funding source for the organization thereby maintaining our nearly three decades of unbroken service to the community and fiscal responsibility.
Throughout the year members receive special acknowledgements, tokens of appreciation, and invitations to exclusive social and educational events.
Members also receive personal briefings from our executive director concerning developing threats to Jewish survival and new innovative programs that respond to these challenges.
You are invited to join this vital group of Jews for Judaism supporters dedicated to keeping Jews Jewish.
